1. Change or cancel an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact our Customer Service team on 0151 705 3070 or email us at sales@lannervale.co.uk, please quote your name, order number and the date the order was placed.
If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

2. Complaints process

If you are not satisfied with the level of service you receive, please let us know by contacting us on 0151 705 3070, you can email us sales@lannervale.co.uk or write to us at:

We undertake to
• deal with your complaint fairly, confidentially and effectively
• acknowledge your complaint within 5 days and provide a likely timescale for resolving it

3. Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted by the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server.

All credit cards orders are automatically authorised by the merchant services provider to ensure against fraud, irrespective of the amount. We only ship to the address of the registered cardholder; this is ALWAYS verified prior to shipping.

To ensure you are shopping securely always look for the locked padlock in your browser to show you are buying over a secure internet connection. As an added aid you will see the flashing padlock symbol in all purchasing area that requires a secure connection

4. Refund policy

Once goods have been returned in the original undamaged packaging a full refund to the card used to make the purchased will be made. We do not charge for collection of items which are faulty or damaged.

5. Returns procedure
